Ability to Select Pay Type

For Rental Orders, when the Bill At is Periodic Billing, the Pay Type can either be Bill, Cash or Cash Only.

This applies to all the following scenarios:

When you select the Bill At as Periodic Billing, then the Pay Type can be selected either as Bill, Cash or Cash Only in the Order Defaults section (Maintenance > Customer > Accounts tab).
When you select the Bill At as Periodic Billing, then the Pay Type can be selected either as Bill, Cash in the Rental Order edit window > Billing Info tab > Billing Defaults section.
When you select the Bill At as Periodic Billing for a Customer whose Billing Customers Pay Type is defined as Cash Only, then the system allows you to select Bill At as Periodic Billing.
The Payment Type - Advance option is available when the Bill At is Periodic Billing and Pay Type is either Cash or Cash Only. For example, when you select the Bill At as Periodic Billing and the Pay Type either as Cash or Cash Only for the Rental Orders in which all the Items lines are dispatched, then while you Exit or Invoice, the Payment dialog box is displayed. The value entered in the Payment Amount field of the Payment dialog box will be considered as of Payment Type - Advance.
