Suggested Item Column

A column "S" (Suggested Item) is available in Rental and Equipment Sale Order which helps you to know if Suggested Item is available for the Item tagged to the Order. When an Item is added to the Order, the column "S" check box for the Item line gets selected / not selected based on the availability of Suggested Items for the tagged Item, as shown in Figure 1.0.

• If Suggested Item is present for the Item tagged to the Order - then the "S" check box in the Item line gets selected.

• If Suggested Item is not present for the Item tagged to the Order - then the "S" check box in the Item line remains in cleared state.
