View Existing Pre-Auth# Information

View existing Pre-Auth# information and Replace if it is expired or the amount is insufficient

Details

Now, while processing a Work Order, you will be able to View the existing Pre-Auth# details and apply an override if required.

However, it is important to know that a pre-authorization replacing an unexpired pre-authorization will not automatically cancel the previous pre-authorization. To replace an existing pre-authorization, you must directly contact VFS and request to have it cancelled for each customer.
