Validate the Pre-Auth# information when a Workorder is opened and warn if invalid

Details

Now, everytime you open an Order with status as Schedule, Open, or Done, the system will automatically attempt to validate its Pre-Auth# information. And if the same is found invalid, then the system will prompt you to request for a replacement.
