Viewing Actual Received Quantity

Functionality

• On transferring stock from one site to another, the received Quantity in the Receive Batch will not be reduced. Thus, after the transfer, received quantity will display the actual received quantity.

• After transferring quantities, on printing the Receive Report  of a Purchase Order , Received Qty column will displays the actual received quantity on the print.

• After transferring quantities, in the 'Qty' column of the PO Details window invoked by clicking on the 'PO Info' button of the Item Edit window, system will display the actual received quantity . And the transferred quantity will be displayed in the 'Adjusted Qty' column.

Note:  According to the customer, while printing the "Print Receive Report", after transferring quantities, system was displaying the remaining quantities after transfer in the Received Quantity column. This bug has been resolved and the 'Received Quantity' column of the report will display the actual received quantity on the print.
