Support to define Site Level Pricing for Parts

Details

Support is now provided to define Site Level Pricing for the Parts. Different values can be set for Fleet, List, Cost and Low. Retail fields of a part for different Sites.

Implementation

The above mentioned feature can be implemented by defining values  for  Fleet, List, Cost and Low. Retail fields in the Price Cost panel of the Pricing Section in Part Edit window. The values defined here will be for the current Branch.

• In the Price Cost panel of Pricing Section of Part Edit window, the Default Values of  Fleet, List, Cost and Low. Retail will refer to the Part Level Pricing and the Branch Values of  Fleet, List, Cost and Low. Retail will display the Site Level Pricing.

• The values in the Branch Column of  Fleet, List, Cost and Low. Retail, which refers to the Site Level Pricing can be edited. This change will be reflected only for the Current Branch. User can now view the name of the Current Branch in the Part Edit window, wherein a new filed Branch is provided which will be updated with the Current Branch.

• A new button Branch Pricing has been added in the Price Cost panel, clicking on which the Branch Pricing dialog will be displayed with the values of Fleet, List, Cost and Low. Retail defined for the current Branch and all other branches.

• On creating new Branch records, the Default Value of Fleet, List Cost and  Low. Retail fields which refers to Part level pricing will be defaulted from the Part Edit window.

• When considering the Pricing of the Part, system will always look for Site Level Pricing that is values of Fleet, List Cost and  Low. Retail fields as defined in Part Edit window g Pricing Section g Price Cost Panel g Branch Values of the respective fields. If the values are not defined or not found, then the  values of Fleet, List, Cost Low. Retail fields as defined in Part Edit window g Pricing Section g Price Cost Panel g Default values of the respective field will be considered.

• On changing the Default  values of Fleet, List Cost and  Low. Retail fields in Part Edit window , system will display a message 'Do you want to update price to all Branches?', on selecting Yes, the respective price will be updated for all branches, if No is selected, then the respective Default Values Fleet, List Cost and  Low. Retail fields will change in the Part Edit window.

Note: All details seen in the Branch Pricing dialog can also be viewed in All Branch Details dialog, wherein the columns Fleet, List Cost and  Low. Retail have been provided.
