Searching Individual Customer and Contact using their First Name Middle Name or Last Name

Searching in Customer Field

In CR2, while searching for an individual Customer in the Customer field, the search can be performed using their:

• <First Name> or

• <Middle Name> or

• <Last Name> or

• <First Name> <Last Name> or

• <Middle Name> <Last Name>

For example to search for  "Southwest Heavy Equipment", the search can be performed using the keywords:

• Southwest  or

• Equipment  or

• Southwest Equipment

• Heavy Equipment

Searching Contact

While searching for an individual Customer in the Contact field, the search can be performed using their:

• <First Name> or

• <Middle Name> or

• <Last Name>

For example to search for  "Charles Irvin Fernandez", the search can be performed using the keywords:

• Charles  or

• Fernandez

• Irvin Fernandez
