Details

In CR2 you can generate a custom report using Rep_WorkOrderView, which will display the details regarding Work Orders. The detailed list of the fields present in the view along with their description are given in Table 1.0.

TOTALTAX	Total Tax on the Work Order.
STATUS	Status of the Work Order.

OPENDATE	Start Date of the Work Order.
INVOICEDATE	Invoice Date of the Work Order.

MFGSERIALNO	Serial Number of Manufacturer.
SOLDDATE	Sold Date of the Item.
MAKE	Manufacturer of the Item.

TOTALTLLABORHOURS	Total Travel Labor Hours.
TOTALZONEMISCAMOUNT	Total Zone Miscellaneous Amount.
LABORATSTANDARDPRICE	Labor at standard Price.
FIFOCOST	First In First Out Cost.
CAPITALIZEDCOST	If Work Order Category is Capitalized Repair then this field will have a value of 1, else it will have the value of 0.
CONTRACTDESCRIPTION	Description of the Work Order
MECHANICNAME	Employee name which is tagged as the Mechanic in the Work Order header.
CHARGETO	Internal,Customer, or Warranty.
LATESTLABORADDEDDATE	This will display the date of the last added Labor which was added through a Master Labor Entry (MLE) Batch.
AUTHLIMIT	Displays the authorization limit amount entered in the Auth. Limit field of the Work Order.
LATESTLABORADDEDDATE	This will display the date of the last added Labor which was added through a Master Labor Entry (MLE) Batch.
Capitalized Cost	Displays the Capitalized cost as in the Segment header of the Work Order
Due Date	Displays the due date of the Work Order.

Note: AUTHLIMIT will have blank value if 0 is entered in the application.
