Details

In CR2 you can generate a custom report using Rep_SalesEquipView, which will display the detailed information regarding sold equipment. The detailed list of the fields present in the view along with their description are given in the Table 1.0.

Table 1.0 Report Fields

Field Name	Definition
CATEGORY	The category of the Product.
SUBCATEGORY	The sub-category of the Product.
MODELYEAR	The Model Year of the Asset. If it is not defined for the Asset, then the Model Year of the Product.
MANUFACTURER	The name of the Asset's manufacturer. If it is not defined for the Asset, then the name of the Product's manufacturer.
MODEL	The Model of the Asset. If it is not defined for the Asset, then the Model of the Product.
BINNUMBER	The Bin Number of the Asset.
SHELF	The Shelf of the Asset.
SERIALNUM	The Asset ID of the serial item.
MFGSERIALNUM	The MFG Serial Number of the Asset.
PERPETUALHOURMETER	The Perpetual Hour Meter for the Asset.
METERREADING	The Current Meter Reading for the Asset.
METERDATE	The Changed Meter Reading Date for the Asset.
SITENAME	The name of the site where the Asset is present.
DATEACQUIRED	The date when the Asset was acquired.
STATUS	The Status of the Asset. For example, RESERVED/FILLED/RETURNED TO VENDOR/OUT/OVERDUE/Off Rent and so on.
CONTRACTID	The ID of the Order where Asset was last used.
SOLDSTATUS	This field will contain a value depending on the sold status of the Asset as explained below: If Asset is Sold - value will be 'S'. If Asset is with Action as Sell and Status as Reserved/Filled - value will be 'C'. If it has any other status - value will be 'Null'.
COMPANYNAME	The Company Name where the Asset is sold.
CUSTOMSTATUS	The status of the Asset like Sold/On Rent/In and so on. This field can also have user created statuses.
STATUSNOTES	The comments from the Status Notes field of the Asset's edit window.
