Viewing Meter Details

Currently, when you select View > Meters > By Order/By Line, the Meters dialog box is displayed for Sell Items in Rental Order and Sales Order.

When the Sell Items are Sold in Rental Order or the Sales Order, then the icons within the Meters dialog box will be disabled.
