Modifying the Bin Number of Parts in Parts Edit Window

In CR2, Part Edit window > Branch Details the Bin Number of Parts belonging to any other site other than the logged-in site cannot be changed. When trying to change, the system displays the error message "Bin Numbers can be changed only for Current Site (Site#A)", as shown in Figure 1.0.

Note: This feature is applicable only for Parts. For Items there is no change and functions same as before.
