Buttons in the Payment Window – Void

This option is used for making transactions Void for the payments done through Axia Card Terminals in CR2.

  1. In the Payment window, select a transaction line with the Status as Open/Refund and click the Void button. The system displays a prompt with the message along with Yes and No buttons, as shown in Figure 7.0.

  1. Click Yes. The system displays a prompt with the message “Successfully Voided”.

Click OK. The Transaction gets updated in the Payment window.
