Details
In CR2, you can generate custom report using Rep_Rentutilization view, which will display the details of rental equipment utilization by department. Refer below table for the fields present in the view and the values displayed.
Report Fields
Field | Description |
SITEID | Displays ID of the site to which item belongs to. |
PRODUCTID | Unique ID of the product. |
DESCRIPTION | Product description. |
DEPARTMENT | Item Department. |
ITEMTYPE | Displays item type (serial/non-serial) |
OWNEDQTY | Total quantity of items owned. |
ONRENTQTY | Total quantity of items on rent. |
RENTUTILIZATION | Displays percentage of utilization. |
