Defining Customer/Individual Billing Terms in Defaults module

In Cr2, you can define the default Billing Terms that has to be displayed when a new customer / Individual is created, in Defaults module → Maintenance Tab → Customer Tab → Customer Sub Tab (refer figure fig 1.0).

  • On defining the Billing Terms in Defaults module and creating a new customer / Individual, system will default the values defined for Billing Terms in Defaults module to the Billing Terms grid present under Accounts tab of Customer / Individual edit windows as shown below.
