Edit Ship Date

Even after the Items on an Order are shipped, the Ship Date of the Item line(s) can be edited provided the Edit line level Ship Date even after Shipping option in the Configuration module > General tab is selected, as shown in Figure 1.0.

The Ship Date cannot be changed to a date lesser than the Prep Date. On doing so, the system displays an error message.
