Enabling/Disabling Invoicing of Quote Orders

Details

In Cr2,  you can restrict invoicing of quote orders( Rental  Orders / RPO / Sales Order / Work Order/ Part Sales Order), by using the feature "Allow Invoicing From Quote " which is present in Configuration - General Tab. Refer Figure 1.0.

  • On setting the "Allow Invoicing From Quote" option as de-selected, system will not allow you to invoice the quote order .The invoicing icon will be displayed as disabled in the respective order window. Refer Fig 1.1 (Illustration in Rental orders. The same is applicable for other types of orders also).

Note : By default the option  "Allow Invoicing From Quote"  will be displayed as de-selected, which will restrict invoices being generated from quote orders.

  • On setting the option as selected  in configuration, system will display the Invoicing icon as enabled in the Quote order windows, which can be further used for generating Quote Order Invoices.  Refer Figure 1.2
