Cost Column in Invoice Details

Cost Column in Invoice Details Dialog

In the Invoice Details dialog which is accessed from the Order > View > Invoices > Details, the Cost column will be updated with the Cost on which the part was received, if the Invoice of the Order is posted refer figure 1.1

  • The Cost column is a read only column and the value present here cannot be edited.

  • The Cost column will be updated on posting the Invoice only if the Part was received with a cost.

  • The Cost column will be updated even on posting a Credit Memo generated for the Invoice.
