The conditions for MMI report generation for MMI Full Stock are:

Manufacturer of the Part should be VOLVO.
And

The Part should have a transaction performed on it for the last 18 months from the current date.
Or
-
The Part should be in Stock.
Or
-
The Part should be on a Purchase Order / Transfer Order at the time of report generation.
Or
-
The stocking status for the Part should be Stock or Temp Stock.
Or
-
The Part has been received at a branch though the current stock quantity is zero.
Or
-
The Part should be superseded (replaced) within the last 12 months.
