Replace the Pre-Auth#

Display a prompt to replace the Pre-Auth# when the Order Amount is exceeding the limit

Details

CR2 will display a warning to the user, stating that “Order amount exceeds the Pre-Auth amount” and prompt the user to enter an Override Pre-auth# (collect from VFS though phone call or any other communication mediium) and a Higher Pre-auth amount.

• If successful, system proceeds to open the Order for editing.

• If failure, system prompts for retry the Pre-Auth (until successful).
