General Liability Insurance Task

If a customer's general liability insurance expires during the rental period, a task will be sent to the user who took the order indicating that the customer's insurance has expired. This is done using a schedule job, which executes implicitly every day mid night.  When the application is opened  the next day, the Tasks window will be displayed , where these tasks will be shown.  Also, it will be shown for that days tasks in the Tasks window.

The description will be Customer General Liability Insurance Expired  and the details will be available in the Notes section. Double clicking on the task will open the Order.
