MMI Report Generation for Parts

The conditions for MMI report generation for MMI FULL Part are:

• Manufacturer of the Part should be VOLVO.

And

• The Part should have a transaction for the last 18 months from the current date.

Or

• The Part should be in Stock.

Or

• The Part should be on a Purchase Order / Transfer Order at the time of report generation.

Or

• The stocking status for the Part should be Stock or Temp Stock.

Or

• The Part has been received at a branch though the current stock quantity is zero.

Or

• The Part should be superseded (replaced) within the last 12 months.

The conditions for MMI report generation for MMI Partial Part are:

• Manufacturer of the Part should be VOLVO.

And

• The Part should have a transaction for the current date (received/sold).

The report will be generated from the date of last generated report to the current date.

Or

• The Part should be in Stock.

Or

• The Part should be on a Purchase Order / Transfer Order at the time of report generation.

Or

• The stocking status for the Part should be Stock or Temp Stock.

Or

• If the current stock quantity of the Part is zero, it should have been received at a branch.
