Defaulting Work Order Category

Details

The Customer's Work Order Category is defaulted in the Work Order in the Category field on tagging a Customer. It defaults without displaying any prompt message if the "Auto Override Workorder Category from Customer" check box in the Configuration module > General tab is selected, as shown in Figure 1.0. If the check box is not selected, the system will prompt with the message "Do you want to default Category from Customer?".
