Import MMI PO

Details

Support is now provided to import MMI PO through Command prompt, in addition to the existing feature (Invoicing → MMI PO Import ).

To Import MMI PO Via Command Prompt

To import MMI PO via command prompt the following command has to be used in the command prompt :

Where,

[Path] :Path stands for the location of the file, if placed in any other location other than the Cr2 Installed folder. The file path need not to be mentioned if the file is present in the Cr2 installation folder.

FileName.Txt :  The FileName stands for the Name of the file which has to be imported.

On successful Importing of the file, system will prompt the message PO Import Status : SUCCESSFUL  in the command system prompt.

Notes:

• In the command prompt, change the path from root folder to the folder in which the Cr2 application is installed.

• While importing the MMI PO file through command prompt, or through Invoicing module → MMI PO Import, the functionality will remain the same.  All errors and exceptions that are applicable for MMI PO Import through invoicing module will be applicable for MMI PO import through command prompt.
